Tech Hive Return & Refund Policy

At Tech Hive, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy in compliance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

Return & Exchange Policy

- Return Period:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Eligibility for Return:
Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, is required.
The product must be in perfect saleable condition without any signs of damage or tampering.

- Non-Returnable Items:
Customized Products (e.g., custom-built PCs, modified tech accessories) are non-returnable due to component assembly.
Virtual Products (e.g., digital cards for PlayStation, iTunes) are non-refundable once delivered.
Opened Software Packages or items with broken seals cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving the item.

- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund based on your preference.
- Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and quick resolution.

Order Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Once shipped, cancellations will be handled through our return process after the product is delivered.
- Customized products and virtual items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Refund Process

- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds may take 1-5 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty Claims

Tech Hive strictly follows the manufacturer’s warranty policy:

- Warranty services are provided as per the manufacturer’s terms.
- For warranty claims, products may be sent to the authorized service center.
- Tech Hive will assist in guiding customers through the warranty claim process if needed.
